Minimal Rental
Requirements
We have a 3 day
minimum rental period
for most of the year.
Some holiday weekends
are subject to a 4 day
minimum rental period.
Mileage
Miles
are charged at .45 cents
per mile.
Additional
Charges (may apply)
Holding Tanks
The
motorhome must be
returned with emptied
gray and black water
tanks to avoid a $25
dump fee.

Reservation
Deposit
A
$500
reservation fee (1/2 of
Security Deposit) is required at the time you
reserve your rental.
This deposit is applied
directly to the total
cost of renting the RV
or trailer.
Security Deposit
A $1,000
security deposit is also
required. (First half
due at reservations) If the rental
is returned damaged, the
other half of the security
deposit will be charged. If there is no
damage to the rental,
the security deposit
will be returned to the
renter.
Late Fees
Unless we have
agreed to extend the
return time a late fee
will be assessed. Keep
in mind that the
motorhome may be booked
to go out again on
another rental on the
same day that you are
due to return it.
Cancellation
Policy
If you cancel
more than 14 days in
advance of your reserved
departure date, you will
be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee and be
refunded the balance of
your security deposit.
If you cancel within 14
days of your reserved
departure date, you will
forfeit the entire
$50.00 reservation fee.
Insurance
You
may provide a binder
from your personal auto
insurance carrier. This
applies to anyone
driving the RV. If your
insurance provider will
not provide a binder,
you will need to
purchase rental
insurance through
MBA/Choice. To purchase
the insurance please
contact us for the
policy number as well as
the identification
number for the vehicle
you are renting. This
will cost $27.00 per
day. If you wish to
purchase SLI it will be
an additional $14.95 per
day.
We also except all Major
Credit Cards. Checks are
excepted in advance.
